Something I really love about watching Pixar's early films is that in each one, there was some sort of notable improvement in their animation style:

Toy Story- The first fully CG film

A Bug's Life- Environmental design

Toy Story 2- Cleaner shading and smoother character movements

Monsters Inc.- Fur and scale texturing

Finding Nemo- Water physics

The Incredibles- Designing human characters

Cars- Metal, rust, and reflective surfaces

Ratatouille- Steam and food texturing

Wall-E was the first film where they had a full understanding of every aspect of CG animation and the improvements from then on were quality of life.

I love the Pixar logo so much! I tried to imitate this logo when I was younger, I used a tiny flashlight and bounced it on the I, just like the lamp does. I wrote the letters “P I X A R” On a piece of paper.

The words “PIXAR” fade in with a blue background. A light can be seen and a lamp jumps in. The lamp stops at the letter “I” and waves it’s tail. The lamp jumps and lands on the letter “I”. The lamp jumps on the “I” a few times. After those few times, the lamp jumps unusually high and then smashes the “I”. The lamp looks around. Meanwhile, the words “Animation Studios” fade in. The lamp then looks at the screen. The screen then fades to black.
