Hi mohammed, Thanks for the guide..it's very useful. We had setup a testing environment and followed your guide from installing the exchange 2019, configuring external /internal URL and configuring SSL certificate which we used internal CA. The installation was successful and email (sending/receiving) internally works in OWA, we can send and receive locally when acessing the OWA.
But then there's an error when we setup the Outlook 2013/2016, it PASS to "Establishing Network connection" and "Searching for Account settings" but FAILS to "Logging on the Server", the error is "The action cannot be completed, The connection to Microsoft exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online to complete this action." Did i miss something? Hoping for your help and advise as we are preparing to upgrade our exchange 2013 to 2019.

hello . I am new to Microsoft servers. We luckily have 2 servers and one of the servers we install addc and dns. As the 2nd server, we want to install exchange server. Do we need to install another addc and dns to the 2nd server before installing the exchange? or we just need to join the 2nd server to the domain(first server) and install the exchange?

hello i have followed all steps as you shown in video but when im installing exchange server its giving me two errors first error is its not remommend to install exchange server on domin controler and second error is system cant find host recored A under DNS zone wether i have create dns recored A & Mx recored under Forwardzone and even after this to error install option is availabe so when i click on install the installation process on 2 of 13 complet 87% and then it rolle back and give me error msg and that mgs is fatal error 1603 so i try to find this error result and i found result on microsoft web site it say this error is due to corrupt iso of ecxhange server so can you say me why im getting those two errors and is it possible that exchange server iso should be corrupted ?? please reply

Hi Mohammed. Another great video. I managed to install Exchange Server 2019 successfully after rectifying some minor issues. However after the install, when I try and access the ecp site, I get a "Service Unavailable with HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable". Any pointers will be highly appreciated :-)

Hey question for you I have Exchange 2019 installed in my Lab environment, I think everything is install correctly my problem is Webmail works fine I can logged into webmail with any account, however when I tried to use the Outlook client, it stuck at loading profile, none of my test users can logged into Outlook. any idea
