Figuring they're all expendable, a U.S. intelligence officer decides to assemble a team of dangerous, incarcerated supervillains for a top-secret mission. That scene is the reason why people said "I want to be like the Joker and Harley Quinn" regardless of what was/is portrayed in the comics. He went to get her no matter the danger, she jumped for a building for him. For those of us who haven't read the comics and don't know the full story or how the relationship really was, this is what the ultimate relationship batshit crazy goal looks like.

If you look closely at the 1:17 mark, Harley goes from having fun to realizing her life is literally in Deadshots hands. Great bit of detail there.

You can actually see where they edit the original scene where Joker pushes Harley off the helicopter but they edited in a way to make it look like she just simply fell off
