Singapore Sling cocktail recipe featuring Pepprell Gin

Singapore Sling recipe: 1 oz Pepprell gin, 1oz lime juice, 1 oz Bénédictine, 1 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur, soda water, 2 drops of angostura bitters, amarena cherry.

In crafting Pepprell Gin we took our inspiration from William Hogarth’s classic image of Gin Lane. We wanted to create a gin that was so delicious it would cause society to crumble at its very foundation. After much tasting and testing we are confident that we have crafted such a gin.

Pepprell’s distinctively smooth gin is infused with essential botanicals: juniper berries, lemon, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, and a little black pepper for that extra pep!
