Maybe too late but I'm interesed! Could I install this in my 50cc scooter to use it in street? I don't mind about conecting it to a battery, charging it every day or things like that. Does it consume too much?

I saw the unit...I don't know how it uses the RC signal...aren't the RC signals like a square wave...at like 50% duty cycle...the servo arm is like mid position...and say if on time is 30 %...then the servo moves 30%...then say the waveform is 70% on then the servo would swing the other


Anyway what does the RC input to this ignition controller do?

Very interesting video, I have a 1991 Polaris Indy 500 carb (488cc) and am wondering if this type of ignition system would work for that large of an engine, or if the computer software Ignitech dc-cdi-p would be be a better alternative?

hi i have a yamaha v50 3 speed
with 45mm kit but it doesnt rev up in 3rd gear and seize up when hot what can it be (2nd gear stops at 70kmh and 3rd gear drops to 60 kmh )

Great videos. I have a project in mind. A Puch Borrasca 50ccm, four gears from 1980. I will build up the bike for racing but mantaining the 50ccm and no reed valve. I want to grind the motorhead to gain more pressure ratio.This ignition system in combination with octane booster will help me avoid detonation. Evident that i will improve more things on it, like advance intake opening time and retard exhaust closing time. Because of the advanced intake opening, i will also have a retarded intake closing, so want to use a boost bottle to suck the excess spitted out mixture.
