Mace Windu's saber is also pretty dope as well as Palpatine's. I've always liked Luke's saber too because it's inspired by Obi Wan's but has that clean green color.

Either Ahsoka's or Cal's for sure, on top of the design of Cal's he has a massive amount of options at his disposal. I love Ahsoka's Clone War sabers for their design.
