In the cyberpunk novell 'SnowCrash' there appears a mysterious assassin guy called Raven - killing mostly with an obsidian blade, cutting the thigh arteries.

My favorite part is how they show her actually training, instead of the show giving us another generic Mary Sue. Training montages are underrated and grossly underutilized in combat movies/shows, in my opinion.
