You don't have to be a web developer or IT expert to add an SPF record to a domain. We'll walk you through the process step by step.
An SPF record is used to prevent email messages from being delivered to spam folders. It helps ensure that emails sent from your domain are actually coming from your server.

Create A TXT File.
If you're using Gmail as your primary email service provider (ESP), then you should already have an SPF record set up. However, if you use another ESP, such as Outlook, Yahoo Mail, AOL, Hotmail, etc., then you need to create an SPF record.

Upload The File.
Once you've uploaded the file, click "Add" and enter the following details:
SPF Type: TXT
Value: v=spf1 mx -all
Comment: This will ensure that emails sent from your domain are not blocked by mail servers.

Verify That It Works.
After adding the record, make sure that it works by sending yourself an email using the same address as the one you used when uploading the file. If you receive a bounce message, then there's something wrong with your DNS settings.

Create a TXT file with the following contents:
v=spf1 mx -all

The SPF record tells Google what type of content should be allowed to pass through the firewall. If you want to allow access from anywhere, use the -all flag. If you want to restrict access to specific IP addresses, use the -allip option. For example, if you wanted to block access from IP address 192.168.0.10, you would add the following line to your DNS records:

If you're not familiar with SPF records, they allow you to specify what IP addresses are allowed to send email messages on behalf of your domain. This helps prevent spam from being sent from your domain.
