To everyone saying Sean should now try the navy training : Yeah he never said he could do it it's the Navy Seals that said they could beat him up.

Navy seals don’t train in Muay Thai. It’s like asking some dude on a bike to drag race you

A wise man will never give in to a challenge that is obviously a trap. Both men are warriors, one in the ring, and one to defend our country but different disciplines.

I thought this was a training request not a sparring match

Hey, at least Sean wasn't bitter about how long Mitch fought for. Had the mentally of 'That's what I think, but I'm more than willing to have someone prove me wrong.'

The influencer Sean Strickland, the Jake Paul of sparring. Ever since he broke down and cried on a podcast about his daddy issues he been whining and lashing out on social media trying to compensate for his lack of toughness.

There is big difference between being professional fighter were there are rules than professional killer who go into combat against people who want to kill you.

For the "Seal" who said his brother died every year, do they die in training or combat? Major difference.
And fighting a dude for 25 min is not training.
Now if Strickland trained him to become a fighter for a week that would be different than 25 minutes of fighting when the guy is not an MMA fighter.
Yes, I would quit in hours of seal training and hope training to fight MMA would hope to be more than 5 min of punching me when I am not trained for it.

He didnt quit which showed his toughnes, but Sean could have destroyed him and didnt which showed his toughness. However, give that Seal a gun and he would clear that whole room before anyone knew what happened.

Him “doing seal training” means enlisting and going to buds for six months. Stop saying that.

Didn’t plug a book or podcast…Is this actually a SEAL?

What you have to understand is seals will not give up until they stop breathing.
Even tho they may not be able to beat a pro at MMA, they're still the most mentally disciplined humans on this earth.
And if they're conscious they're gonna stand back up period.
Sean would've had to murder that man before he quit.
