Merit is having a black Friday / Cyber Monday sale this year so I wanted to get this little guide up for you to reference because I've been such a huge fan of this brand!

Hard pass on the foundation stick. It has a tiny amount, even after Merit recently rereleased it to be larger after customer complaints. MUFE, Lancôme, Tom Ford sticks are all cheaper per oz. Fine if you only use it to spot conceal. The lipsticks are great though.

LOVE Merit! Their mascara is one of the few mascaras I can wear without bothering my eyes, also it's totally budge proof (NEVER smudges), but is still easy to remove. FYI, my mascara doesn't have a bend in the wand so I think yours might have just been bent...it doesn't come that way..lol.

I got the merit stick and I love it. It’s coconut free which incredible for my acne prone skin. It doesn’t have niacinamide or pore cloggers. I don’t care if it’s more per oz. buying this forever

The foundation stick is so good. I never use any other foundation since using them and I was a heavy foundation girl. Never met a foundation that looks natural.

Great video Dacey! I keep looking at the Merit products and can't decide if they're for me. You have me thinking about it again. I love a sheer lip. Opaque is very old looking, not juicy. I use the ilia tinted lip balm in Memoir with a lip liner, its my favorite look lately. I'll have to revisit the store to see if I can find a color match for the stick foundation. I used to use the Lancome stick but Id like to get a cleaner one. Have a great day!

What a great break down…and your eyes look amazing with just adding the bronzer for dimension 😲 I know people talk about “my lips but better” but I’m looking for “my dark eye circles but better” 😂 seriously…looking for a way to hone in on my natural pigmentation. Eye shadows tend to look too makeup-y on me so maybe this creamy bronzer would do better for my dry skin 🤔

I love the aesthetic and idea of this brand. The stick is a little dry and I think it applies so beautifully over top of a good sunscreen like Altruist or using the highlight as a primer as you did here. Westman Atelier stick is a little more creamy but also seems to do better with using their highlight as a kind of primer underneath. I really like stick products for portability and ease of use! What I did recently discover though is the Salt New York sheer balm skin Tints. They are definitely more than a tint at least for me! But I can apply these and have really nice medium coverage with such a beautiful skin finish that using the highlighter underneath these sticks I mentioned, would give! But all on its own. This particular product is not a stick but rather in a pan. So I think of them similarly because they are both solid.

I would really love to see Ili! I just got my first product from them, the multi stick in dreamer. It is absolutely beautiful on both cheeks and lips. Definitely a more moisturizing product than I am used to using on my cheeks, but one I can use on just bare skin which I do enjoy.
