One heads up about the 23/24 model years. At some point before the first 2024 Ford changed the front axle on all of the F250/F350 Super Duty trucks. If your truck has 10 bolts on the diff cover you have the Dana 60 (M256) axle used in the previous generation. This axle has a lot of aftermarket support for lockers, ring and pinion sets etc. Currently only the F450 and above are getting the M256.
Ford swapped in the M235 (essentially a Dana 50) into the front of the new F250/F350s. The Ford literature doesn't reflect this yet, but you can identify the M235 by the fact that it has 14 diff cover bolts. It has a smaller ring gear (235mm vs 256mm) and compares to the AAM 9.25 used in the front of the Ram HDs. The difference being that the AAM 9.25 has been around for a long time and has a lot of aftermarket support.
The truck in the video has the M235.
Also, on the gas/petrol powered Super Dutys with the 4.30 final drive, the available rear lockers are carrier split to either 4.10 and below or 4.56 and above. The 4.30 uses the 4.10 and below locker.

Which box is this? The 8 ft.? Are both lengths imported into Australia? If so, which is most common?

Is the 7.3L Godzilla engine also available for Australia?

Great run down Dean!

Just wish Ford Australia imported these, definitely would have taken one over the Chevy!

I follow your work from Russia! Very cool builds! Especially those where the rear end is replaced! Officially, pickup trucks from America have never been delivered to us, but the market is a market and there are many companies involved in the import of such cars! Despite the sanctions. I wonder if it’s realistic to buy a Ford F-250 Tremor in Australia with left-hand drive, install Carli suspension and replace the bed with a canopy from GCI TrayTec. Logistics and customs will probably bury this idea.
