Love the honesty! We all have rough days, just look at everything that happened around the workout.... Your sleep nutrition stress etc. Stay strong and bounce back! Keep pushing my friend!

Feel for you Parker! Both on the leg numbess and on that weak excuse for a hamburger! Wishing for a strong recovery and comeback! You have so much talent, work ethic, and a great support behind you. Keep on keeping on Parker 👊

These types of things are never easy to deal with, when there is so much uncertainty, but you seem to have the right attitude and support, eventually I'm sure you'll figure it all out. and I was just thinking that the Drone footage was pretty epic!

Head up Parker. These videos are as important, if not more important, than the success videos. The people that subscribe are interested in the full story. Stay positive and keep searching for a solution. There is an answer to this issue. Best of luck always.

It’s all good Parker sometimes running doesn’t always feel the best. These are the moments that you look back on and are glad that you persevered through!

I feel you because my last 2 races I've dealt with the same stomach cramping issue. I think it is a fueling issue but it has put a bad feeling over a couple of exciting races because I can't finish the race the way I want to. I wish you luck with finding the problem because I know it sucks

Feel for ya man! Had pain for years with herniated neck disc and went through many things like PT, chiropractors, massage, injections, acupuncture, you name it. It'll work out in the end and in the meantime appreciate your videos just make this part of the journey!

How about doing slower and longer tempos and do them on soft surface like grass or gravel?

Just keep in mind you will never be 100% 100% of the time. We are all human, we all have off days. Don’t take it as a set back, use it as motivation to keep moving forward. Keep it up and great things will come. My positive affirmation I used for running was “consistency is key”, this applies no matter how you feel. As the athlete special used to always say “trust the process”

It sucks that this is happening to you. It is important to just keep your head up as much as possible and hopefully the leg numbness will get resolved as soon as possible.

next step: parker signs up for wrestling or jiu-jitsu, where they throw him around and manipulate his hip, so the nerve gets more space, hahaha. actually only half joking, any other sport where hip mobility gets increased like yoga, gymnastics or crossfit would be my main advice to you as a former medical student.
