🍌Baby Muffins🍓

2 ripened Bananas
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cUp Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Applesauce (optional)
1/4 cup diced Strawberries

•In a bowl, mash up the bananas, then mix in eggs, cinnamon and vanilla until well combined.
•Next add flour, baking powder, applesauce, and strawberries. Mix and divide into a mini muffin baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!

FYI: For freezer storage, cool completely before transferring to a ziplock bag. Freeze for up to a month
