I know I said I wasn't going to be doing any MAPs for a while, but I thought a short, palette MAP like this wouldn't be too bad. Toon Boom crashed on me a few times, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as it was with other projects.

In case you don't know, this is Spyro the dragon from the classic ps1 games. I've been itching to animate him for a while now so I took the first opportunity I got. Cx This is the first MAP part that I've done entirely in Toon Boom, so I didn't have to import/export anything from Sai or Photoshop which saved me a ton of time. :'D

My teacher at the animation academy, Charles Zembillas, is the guy who designed spyro. i showed him your animation and he thought it was absolutely amazing

When I first saw this, it was at the part where I had NO FLIPPING IDEA who this was or what song this was. Three years later, I'm coming back and seeing that it's my favorite band ever and one of my favorite game characters ever. That's so cool.

These tree seconds made my morning. So smooth and detailed and well-done animating, I've played it multiple times and will replay it more because oh my gosh. That's so amazing. Really great animating, I can only imagine how much time and effort it took to make it this awesome. Well done! ♥
