Most of these so called "sneaker heads" on social media are telling people what they should or should'nt wear and its not only shoes they are also telling people what clothes to wear everyone should wear things that they like. Huge W for this guy

People have done that literally all throughout existence (as far as when high fashion was a staple) even before “sneakers” where a thing people would by expensive loafers and heels, boots, etc it’s just life and it’s never going to change, it’s just a bigger thing now because the expensive shoes are actually usually some of the best designs and color ways as well as materials, also it is a status booster for a lot of people (which I don’t see a problem with) the problem is people not understanding this tbh

I like certain kinds of j 1 mids like the recently released se crafts, and I understand that the leather is worse than the lows and highs but there are other materials and colorways that look good on foot

Facts… there’s so many shoes people love or are their grails, that I fucking hate. Red Octobers, the LV Force snd plenty others are examples. I’m never buying anything for status.
