Have you considered adding vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free icons to your template menus? They can go next to items on the menu and be in a legend in the corner. Many restaurants would love to include this option, and it would be more resource intensive for them to create this from scratch. If it was included in the templates, it would be easier for dining establishments to provide clearly labeled options to their patrons!
