Both bored and boring are adjectives.
Bored – (adj) – can only be used to describe how a person feels
Boring – (adj) – can be used to describe the personality of a person and describe about things.

Examples:
- I am bored.
- She is bored.
- I was so bored at Sopheak’s wedding.
- We are so bored with our new teacher.
- This book is bored. (in correct because bored is used only with a person, not thing)
- This movie is so bored. (in correct because bored is used only with a person, not thing)
Boring – (adj) – can be used to describe the personality of a person and describe about things.
Examples the use of BORING with things:
- The party is very boring.
- The movie is really boring.
- The English lesson is quite boring.
- This book is very boring.
Examples the use of BORING with things:
- Our math teacher is so boring.
- Sotheary is a boring teacher.
- Your friend is so boring. I am bored to work with her.
- Our new boss is boring. We are so bored with his presentation.
