Iv always told myself I'm not gonna bother getting ista cause the installation process was insane but ended up getting a free bmw, which ended up me really needing this. One small issue I’m having though is when I go to click on the “BMW Cars” section, ISTA P stops loading and says “screen resolution too low to run the app”
Weird thing is I have a brand new laptop I bought today just for this haha

Nice, thank you. Prior to finding this, I was reading up on ISTA-D installs, and thinking "....my God, do I need a software degree just to get this running?!?" I used to install and setup full medical MRI imaging systems, and the software was easier to load and get started then what I am seeing for ISTA-D.
Question: why did you choose a separate E-Drive, vs. just load in on the C: drive?

What is the reason fore the usb drive, and what is the staging thing? Sry reallt bad with computers. Cant i sipmley install the program directly on my pc.

Once I downloaded and followed everything correctly, I’m not able to find the “port” section in the device manager. It just doesn’t show up
