Just stay a while longer, is what I told myself for many years. Just stay, just stay. I wanted to stop being on this earth for a long time and struggled with the thoughts of you know… but every now and then I promised myself “I’ll just stay for a while longer and then make a decision”. I kept my promise. I did my soul searching work, stopped my bad habits, started taking better care of myself, left people who weren’t friends to begin with. I stayed, and I’m happy now that I did.
