Window went up and down to middle and auto quit working. Did the reset and it's back working.

The key to your fix is "reset." I had problem with front driver window not lowering on my 09 Ram. Took it to auto shop and got his with a $400+ repair. Layer the front windows would not go up. I tried a youtube fix which got them to close, but then the windows wouldn't open. I thought about the fact that both windows can raise or lower. The switch to raise the windows had worked, as did the switch to lower. I decided the truck needed to reset. How do you that? Disconnect the battery. In my case, I left it disconnected overnight. I connected the battery, started the truck and everything worked fine.

The reset works but seems like i have to do this every couple of days. Whats causing it to keep requiring a reset?

Okay so my window won't even go down or up, it just makes a weird scratchy sound from inside the module behind the door panel. Passenger and two rear windows work but if I try to make the driver side window go up or down then it's shorts out the passenger window temporarily but usually starts working after a minute or two. I tried your method but it didn't work unfortunately

Mine is still having issues going up stops about halfway then back down

I'm never buying a Dodge again. So much BS to keep service shops busy that they lose track themselves and can't fix.
What a disgrace for one of America's (fornerly) great companies.
