Bollocks pick n dip is a relatively new style, invented by bread heads who are only init for the money, I'll stick to perping up like a traditional bricky and getting my perps n beds full

Im about to move to kansas to work at a family masonry community to take over if i like it. Never layed brick but did everything else so PLEASE keep posting cause im about to study for it like a test. Im familiar with the work but the tricks of the trade are where im lacking. Great technique, pull the brick back slitgly picking up the muck to fill gaps behind you, everyone has their own little tricks

Perps not filled fully. One way to tell a great bricky is fully filled perps on every brick that don't require filling in with extra mortar at the end of the job
