FYI, That happens from the muscle not being used to full extension, then using a weight thats too heavy which forces you into full extension 🙌🏼 always train a muscle with full ROM

Half reps is what caused the first guys biceps to tear.
He was doing half reps with weights happily. Until he picked up the weight which was too much for him, since he never fully extended, the forced full extension on a much heavier weight tore his biceps away.
