yep, gotta scan the old slides and negatives before they go bad or the folks in the photos are gone! I've been using Epson Perfection scanners for a long time, and they've worked well. The hard part may have been figuring out how to adjust brightness, contrast, tint, etc., to get things to look right... especially with negatives. It's been a good thing to learn though, since it helps me edit my digital photos.

Noelle!! You're so rad. And I felt this so deeply because of losing my mom almost 2 years ago now, and having lost my dad long before that ... I'm about to start scanning and finishing sorting my family photos (which Mom had started sorting) ... I was worried I'd missed this promotion, so I might try to jump on that very soon. :)
