Great to have a shower/toilet. The shower looks very narrow but definitely good to have it rather than not.

21:27 in the UK they're called "tee nuts". They're designed to go in from the underside so you can't pull them out, they usually also have tiny holes in the flat bit so you can screw them in to stop them falling out.
