About us:
In March 2017, Rick and Andrea (confessed Travel Addicts) started a Facebook Group called Travel Addicts as a way to share their travel photos and videos not just with their own respective friend's lists – but with the world. Part of the reason was for bragging rights (I mean, that’s kind of the point of sharing photos, right?), but also to help answer questions to others about the destinations they have visited.

After inviting some of our friends and family, it grew and grew – and as of June 2019, the group has grown to over 200,000 members! One reason for our success, we believe, is that we have done our best to ensure only high-quality photos and videos get shared, all while limiting the use of commercial content.

What excellent tips! You’re star tip is so accurate; Italy is so rich in sights and culture that a few days in every location is an absolute minimum. Thank you for making these fantastic videos! Grazie!

I'm italian and just yesterday I ordered a cappuccino at 17:00 in the afternoon, as usual, and for me it has been normal for about 30 years. I live in a mid-size city (that is not a famous "tourist" city, it's not a tourist city at all) and I don't really see this "cappuccino problem" that I find in every video about mistakes to avoid when travelling here in my country.

Plenty of stereotypes or related to the south of the country... For instance 1. You can buy by credit or debit card everywhere ( actually it is getting almost compulsory) I haven't used cash for years 2. Dinner time.. In the north you can have dinner after 6.30 pm, in the north after 8.30/9.00 3. Only small family run shops close for lunch time, shopping centers, supermarkets, big stores are open 7 days a week, from 8/9 am to 8/9 pm. 4. Few people speak English.. Well all young generations, students or educated people can speak English...

Great tips! My wife and I have been to Italy a couple of times and we're experienced travellers, but we'll be taking my aging parents to Italy later this year and they aren't big travellers. I'm going to recommend/insist that they watch this video. Thanks for sharing this vital information.

Thank you for this very informative video. May I just say that my wife and I frequently have a cappuccino in the afternoon and often after dinner, and so far we have not had any problems. Our is Italian is decent and we try to be courteous and respectful, but I guess we'd be ok with a macchiato if necessary. Thank you again!

As italian, my congratulations to this video. Usefull and real tips, not stereotypes. Just one comment. I'm addict to cappuccino and I can order it at any time. I have noticed that in general our bars/cofee shops became more "tollerant and open mind" to serve cappuccino at any time.
