3. Residence Permit (Aufenthaltstitel)
4. Proof of Residency (Anmeldung)
5. Recent Biometric Passport Photo (German passport size photo)
6. First Aid Course Certificate (Erste Hilfe Kurs)
7. Eye Test Certificate (Sehtest Bescheinigung)
