In the 70's none of the skincare articles directed readers to care for the neck. Please include the neck area with your daily skincare serums, sunscreens, and blocks.

Yes, waiting to apply the gel to dry skin was the key for me. I would get in a hurry and would not let my skin dry fully before using the gel. I noticed the best results when I applied it to dry skin. Great video!

My doctor never said any of this. Not a word on waiting or using

Also, avoid under your eyes, and around your nose crevices and around the lips.

I put like 5 pea-sized dabs on my face. How does 1 pea-sized amount cover the whole face?

I use Retinol first after about 10 mins then I apply moisturizer ( Korean snail ). I use retinol 3 times a week. ❤

Bit confused. About when to apply adapalene, you wash your face and wait 30 minutes, moisturize, and then the adapalene last?

I mix my retinol cream with a little of my moisturizer, my acne has gotten so much better.

Thank you so much. I was at the store today and was overwhelmed for the 2nd time for a retinoid. Your instructions are a huge help. I'll ry this retinoid journey again. Have a wonderful day.

I always do my skincare right after my evening shower (except my retinol)…I do my serum, moisturizer and eye cream and then 30 to 45 minutes later I go back in and seal the sensitive area around my eyes, edges of nose and edges of lips with a tiny bit of Vaseline and then apply the treatment ….easing into it is also key to see positive results. Slow results are better and more long term than jumping straight into it

I have a tip, use a lot of moisturizer, especially with hulauronic acid. Spray a small amount before to get the moisturizer to cling to it and absorb better. I use the equate one! $3 for face and body ❤🎉

The dots don’t connect with that little amount tho! It doesn’t like spread or smear far at all.

I didn't know about the neck thingy and I got bad burned area on my neck 🥲 I was so panic. Then I kept applying thick moisturizer all the time for about 3 weeks, now it's totally fine. But I will never put retinol on my neck anymore, too scary 😐

I've used retin A 1% for 40 years I started when I was 25. I basically more or less to do with this doctor does except I probably use four times as much as what he's using. I find it if I use just a pea size it just doesn't cover in it doesn't work. I have no peeling no side effects after all of this time.
