There’s something magical about essential oils. Maybe because they’re such a feast for the senses or simply because it’s the closest thing you can get to nature when a whiff of special oil is blended in the air. This magic is explained by science and backed by various research, which Jodi Sternoff Cohen will relate in today’s episode with Dr. Jockers.

Jodi is the founder of Vibrant Blue Oils and has extensive training in nutritional therapy and aromatherapy. This has led to the creation of potent essential oils that work great for several conditions like anxiety, depression, and stress.

Discover why essential oils are so important, not only in the overall brain functions and health but also in the regeneration, healing, and recovery of the body from different illnesses.

I have been experimenting at night with eucalyptus oil, frankincense oil, and lavender oil in a diffuser while I sleep. I find eucalyptus really opens up my lungs and lavender knocks me out. I like to use peppermint during the day to invigorate and open up my breathing as well.
