In the 31st question as they mention image so isn't image of (x+5)^2+3= (x-5)^2+3 so we need to shift it -1 unit to right?

Can anyone explain #29 Multiple Choice (hexagon question). How did he get "2" for the triangle sides?

for 38 can 2.10 work as well? because when I checked the grid for the SAT answers it says 2.1 or 21/10 I don't know if they can accept 2.10 as an answer
