Big Lots feels like the closest thing we have to Kmart left. I'm glad they're doing so well, they are a fine alternative to Kmart as far as I'm concerned, even if their stores are a bit smaller.

At least I know we're not the only ones who have multiple trees. We do 4 full sized trees, 1 in living room with vintage ornaments, 1 in dining room with all kids ornaments from the years, youngest being 25 now. 1 on 2nd floor with new theme every year, and finally 1 on covered front porch as part of our Xmas Christmas to

Never too early for Christmas stuff. My daughter just moved to Florida and I will miss her and the kids , especially doing all the stuff leading up to Christmas. Its nice to "go shopping" with someone, even on a video :)

Oh my goodness finally somebody has toys for cats yay Big lots it's hard to find cat stuff you have the beds and bowls and scratching post but not many toys so thanks for sharing 🐈❣️🐾

I agree about the lights and tree decorations. More color is better than just clear. Or just two colors. Themed trees are boring.

I still have a white 2ft table top Christmas tree from big Lots that I got in 2007. I rewired it with LED lights a few years back to keep it going. I've been putting it up almost every year and it will go up this year too. They sure do have some variety there this year. I liked those light up village people scenes. This brought me some early Christmas spirit. I hope you and Kayla feel better soon.

I love Christmas too. I've gotten new things this year from both Big Lots and Target. I plan to give away older stuff that i've had for years that i don't care for anymore, maybe someone will be glad to have them! Happy Thanksgiving!

This is a former KROGER "superstore" store from the 70's! Notice how Big Lots is still using the 70's Kroger "cube" sign box on top of the store! I wonder if Giant Eagle might have been here for awhile after Kroger. There were a bunch of old Kroger stores in Ohio which were sold to Giant Eagle in the 80's.

The Big Lots that your in looks like the Big Lots in Madison Heights, Michigan. The Madison Heights, Michigan Big Lots is in a old Kroger Building from the late 1970's, early 1980's Kroger Store.
There is also another Big Lots in Eastpointe, Michigan which is a suburb of Detroit, Michigan. The Eastpointe Big Lots is in an old A&P Store from the 1970's. And, another Big Lots located in Shelby Township, Michigan is located in a former Chatham Complete Food Centers Store.

This Big Lots has a lot more Christmas stuff than the one here in Hagerstown Md. Nice store.
