The Walt Disney company is most known for their entertainment industry productions. But the company also did informational and educational content as well as content to support the allied side during the the second World War. Some of it might seem strange, propaganda-like and even offensive by today's standards. But it needs to be looked at and understood in its proper context: it´s time and place. Viewed from a historical perspective it is both interesting and entertaining. You could very well argue that the studio pulled its weight during the dark years of war.
