I mean I’d say it’s a game where you can shoot with a Gatling in the form of a ballpoint pen and fire hydrant and the meta are a pencil sniper and a champagne bottle, while a washing machine is also very powerful. You know the laser gun from the NES? You can play that one as well. You want a water gun? We got plenty of those. An umbrella? Sure, want a tent as well? Or maybe a bidet? A brush? A paint roller with an ink pen? Don’t forget about a literal stick of bamboo, a tattoo pen and a literal bucket.

I actually DID try to explain splatoon to my classmates for a school project, the teacher wanted us to give a presentation about something we like and idk why but since splatoon 3 release was almost there, I decided to explain the gameplay, characters (idols) and lore of the two games to them, while they did enjoy the presentation the confused expression on their faces is something that I’ll never forget, specially when listening to the squid sisters
