Wait, wait a minute!!! Did you not see the guy that strapped him in, he hooked the padlock and roll the thingy on the chain to secure the chain and padlock. So why didn't he just unscrewed them, instead of using a pick lock. Lol 😆 😆 😆

Look up the lock pick lawyer. He picks locks like this in seconds. He hid the last one well, but like a magician it was slight of hand. He had the last lock open and simply faked it and held off to try and make it look closer than what it really was.
