Where do I even start with today's guest? He sent 6,000 pairs of shoes to africa while still in high school, studied at postsecondary institutions in florida, south africa, and even Harvard and the University of Chicago. He interned with Google before taking his talents to wall street, all in an effort to learn and better himself so he could pursue his lifelong dream of starting his own enterprises in Africa. He has been living in Namibia since 2014 and has worked with local communities to bring financing and to build critical infrastructure and housing as well as using his technological background to map out other industries that could be improved upon such as access to food and medical care, all hand in hand with local populations. David somehow does all this with the kind heart and inquisitiveness that leaves no doubt that he has a genuine passion behind everything he pursues and more importantly everyone he comes in contact with. I was so lucky to have David on as a guest and enjoyed our time immensely, very rarely have I learned so much about myself through one conversation and I hope my listeners will get a lot from it as well!
