I guess he could say he was cleaning his car before cross country trip.
I myself have permission to use my neighbors trash bin to put bags of trash that won’t fit in mine. She lives alone and didn’t have much trash. Cleaning the house or car late at night or at 4 in the morning seemed like something his neighbors said he did in his own apt.
I’m so worried he was so weird, he may be able to explain the weird things we thought to be weird, but normal for him.
