Meet Your Major: ART EDUCATION

Want to apply your knowledge of art to enrich the lives of others? Art Education might be the Moore major for you! You’ll get real-world experience teaching in local schools, museums, community art settings and Moore’s Young Artists Workshop program. The combination of hands-on teaching experiences and unique emphasis on inclusive practices will prepare you for a successful career in any classroom scenario you choose to pursue.

Moore also has many perks, including $1,000 toward student teaching for every student in their junior and senior years—an opportunity that could turn into the first big step of your career!
