Anneka Rice and The Big Help Out step up to support vulnerable people across England

During volunteering week, we visited Hand on Heart to raise awareness of the support that volunteers provide to the community.
Founded in 2007, Hand on Heart initially served rough sleepers and vulnerable groups in the West London area. They have since grown to supply disadvantaged children across England with stationery-filled backpacks for school.
Our visit coincided with the annual The Big Help Out event supported by His Majesty The King, which provides the opportunity for people to experience the power of volunteering and make a difference in their community.
