Their are various factors that one needs to have to be a trained sniper.
Pre screening of psychological evaluations, a silenced and balanced mindset, extreme patience while under duress, focused and disciplined, teamwork, eyevision, and how to be calm with a disciplined breathing pattern, along with having a rational awareness of your actions and your terroritorial site actions.
Then, if you have these natural abilities, then you must be able to learn how to control and use them.

And with all that, then you have to have the desire, willingness and commitment to learn the skills to shoot like a sniper.

I think you have to have some type of instinct
Some people are born to, they have a natural ability
And then some have the attitude and can be trained to do it
And what's awesome is that if you have a person that has both the traits
Born to do it and trained
Just natural abilities and talent

So I was trained to be a fighter like this
