PB and mini pink Reeses cup Stuffed cookie 🍪 cake!

Ingredients:

2 sticks of butter 🧈 room temp
1 c brown sugar
1/2c white sugar
2 eggs 1 egg yolk🥚
1 tsp vanilla extract (maybe little more I eye ball it)
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cornstartch
1 1/2 c chocolate chips
1 c pb
37 mini Reeses

Grease 9in springform pan. Cream butter and sugar for a few min until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract mix again. Combine dry ingredients and sift it in.
*THIS is where I'll feel the dough and sometimes add more flour if it feels too sticky. Add chocolate chips and fold in. Divide into 3 parts. Add bottom dough and then the side. I feel like using my hands to start and then finishing with a spoon is best. *The spoon evens it out. Add in pb and mini pink Reeses. Top with the last third of your dough. *Helps to roll it out slightly so it fits on top. Add extra chocolate chips on top!(learned this trick from @fitwaffle)
Let this set in fridge for 30 before baking at 350°F covered for 25 and uncovered for another 10-15 or until toothpick comes out clean. I noticed the outside of the cake was getting dark so the last 15 min that I had it uncovered I actually kept tinfoil around the circumference (wow math teacher skills coming in hot 🔥) so it would bake more evenly.

Let it cool before releasing the spring form pan.
This recipe produces a cake like cookie cake which I love!
