I honestly feel like he’s doing this for drama purposes at this point (I know he was asked a question, but still). She’s already told him she doesn’t see it for him in that way, and up until the end of last week he was under almost every other JPJ-related post with insults/hanging on. JPJ was wrong imo in how he handled Derek, but I can see why everyone on the beach seemed to lump them together at the time with the immaturity aspect.

Sounds like "vanilla" Derek is looking for his own spice and edge like vanilla Bryan found with Rachel and Tayshia is close to it.  Look I don't believe that Tay and JPJ after all they did for the drama of BIP and the finale.  Even while the show was airing, they were together dating and figuring things out off camera.  Just b/c you don't see two people at a party doesn't mean that they broke up.  And even if they surprisingly did, Tay just did not seem interested in Derek.

Ugh, you can just tell he's constantly thinking about the next thing to say and how it will make him look. Yeah, all reality tv stars and their personas are fake, but something about how calculated he is makes me SO uncomfortable, like he's lifeless. Makes it so much easier to believe John's intuition seeing Derek explode after he's called out. Stop being so premeditated in everything you do and then maybe anyone can stand to be around you 😤
