Thanks so much for making this video focusing on Blairgowrie. My grandfather, Alexander Davidson, sang tenor in the Presbyterian church choir in Blairgowrie before he left for Canada in 1904. His father had a bakery in Kirkmichael Parish. I have few particulars, only that they were Davidsons in Perthshire, and Blairgowrie has always held an imagined place in my memory. 💐

Blairgowrie and Highland Perthshire is such an underrated place, the walk along the Rivers Tummel in Pitlochry, Tay in Perth and Ericht in Blairgowrie are beautiful

We lived in Glenshee for the last 13 years before moving back to Northern Ireland a few months ago. We knew Ashleigh very well, in fact he actually produced a new tweed for us to be made into place mats etc, one that reflected the berry colours which Blair is famous for.
