Being a big fan of the book, I found the highlights for your visuals very well chosen. Your visuals are very helpful in remembering the habits I want to upgrade after reading the book.
I particularly like how you link the ideas of "Know your response pattern" and "Give yourself a second score".
These two stuck with me in particular!
