This is England movie touches o this era. An odd time when whites and blacks mixed with Ska music and then some of the white contingent left that scene and went far right nationalist. I was in a town in Lancashire at the time and didn't experience any of this, there were punks though and Mods even around 1983 I remember, it was weird ! You think Mods went away in the 60s an punk went away in 1982 - not in Preston !

Why did the lovely Mod and then Skinhead look from mid 60s to early 71 wish then turn into that horrible Bay City Rollers Boot Boy of the 70s until Punk ....Madness

Of course they show DH, a well known face at 17 secs and again at 28 secs, seen in a few football fan videos - has changed over the years for sure, as have we all. Don't know the first clip, but the second was Newcastle away for anyone who's interested.
