In Trumps and Vance’s world Reihan would not be in this country. The irony of him defending Vance is lost on him.

Who is this guy? Vance admitted that sometimes he has to make stories up (talking about dogs getting ate). Come on! Quit trying to defend Vance! He's deplorable!

Maybe if he didn't want to be labeled as a threat to democracy he shouldn't have tried to stay in power in defiance of the voters and the court

Good on Chris Wallace, don't let the weasel try and change the subject.

This is a terrible nightmare.
Shame on the Republicans.
And I’m a Republican!!!!

Salam's argument is that things have been "really rough" for poor Vance. Not acknowledging what the outright lies and rhetoric have caused in Springfield, but how tough things have been on Vance. I'm actually floored at the disconnect.

Making up excuses is what these Republicans do. I'm so sick of it!

He actually admitted that he will continue to lie to get the attention of the media.

I gotta report this to trump/vance. In 1987, my cat Cookie went missing and was eaten by zombie immigrants. Urban legends are so fruitful for the GOP.

Thank you Chris for not allowing Reihan to change the subject.

If you don't want to be called a threat to democracy then don't head up an insurrection...
Just saying...

For someone like Reihan Salan, the son of Bangladeshi-born Muslim immigrants, to defend the hate crimes in Springfield, OH, caused by JD Vance, is both perplexing and ironic.

As long as we have these Salam types who are enabling and apologizing for the Vance and trump types, our precious American Democracy will remain in peril!

Reihan Salem cannot defend Vance's "pet-eating" BS, so he tries to change the subject and/or offers lame excuses.

Imagine you having so little mental capacity to comprehend what is going on around you you keep repeating the lies on TV and at events. Vance seems to lack any connection with reality and facts and just does not care about them.

Political violence and violent rhetoric was a fringe thing until Trump became a politician.

The one that talks on behalf of Vance knows that Vance is lying. Even the Governor said it.

Let's see. When exactly did political violence become part of our politics. Yep, right when Trump arrived.

If somebody's dog or cat is missing, why would they call their senators, not 911 or the Police? For God's sake, here is America. For any missing dog or cat, there should be a detailed report. Since when our Senators became the first line of defense for missing cats or dogs or even funnier one, the geese of parks. JD Vance, do you have any sense of decency?

JD Vamce is an adult, who made the choice to dehumanise and endanger a whole community. Enough with the 'challenging situation' bs please!
