A Postgres Page can fit 291 rows on a single column table

postgres page size is 8192
there is 24 bytes fixed header that leaves 8168
there is a 4 byte item array pointer for each row
then there is the item table row itself which has. 20~ byte each, add to that the 32 bit integer column per column. with fillfactor 100 this is the math.

8192 = 24 + 4x + 20x + 4x
8168 = 28x
x = 291

i based the math on the doc I might be little off. have to inspect the the page to make sure
