Setup incomplete because of a metered connection error in Windows 10 I Fix

Getting the error "setup is incomplete because of a metered connection" while adding a bluetooth device in windows 10? I got the same error while adding Samsung Galaxy J5 to the bluetooth paired devices in Windows 10! Here's how i fixed it!
Click on the wifi icon on the taskbar I click on the wifi you are connected to I chose Properties I now scroll down to "Metered Connection" and turn OFF "set as metered connection". Done! Now disconnect and reconnect to the wifi and continue with your incomplete setup! Sometimes, just turning off the wifi works while adding the devices to the computer!

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10

yeah the point at the last is really closer to a fix: turn off wifi when setting up (or use some other internet connection). It's not a fix to turn off the metered connection on that connection - not permanently... that's a setting I had set on purpose (to get around something else.. ugh Windows 10).
