Ironman Time Trial Week: Have I Improved?

I'm on the journey of going from no triathlon experience to doing an Ironman. Throughout my training program, it has you do time trials to assess where you are and base the workout efforts off of that. This was my second week of time trials.

I just recently did my first week of time trials about a month ago, so I wasn't anticipating massive gains, I would have been happy with staying steady or seeing slight improvements but I believe the results came to me as quite a bit of a shock.

Really happy with the progress I'm seeing so far, but still have some way to go to hit the goals I want to hit.

Regarding Tridot, let's say that you have a time trail bike on sunday but its rainning a lot (Impossible to train). Its possible to change to indoor training? Tridot give this flexibility? Congrats on your journey man!
