FINALLY Something that actually worked! UGH, you would think that since BT 5.1 is capable of playing to 2 BT Headphones at once they would include the capability in the drivers or something. Now I can watch youtube or other programs at night with my husband and we don't need to worry about the neighbors possibly complaining, or hearing what we're watching... I'll leave it at that. To increase the quality, I changed the priority to realtime, channel config to 7.1 surround, and maxed out the bits per sample to 32 and sample rate to 192000 for anyone else wondering
