Here in the western world, many of us know nothing about sprouts, so this was most informative. It probably would've have been even more so had there been English captions to what was spoken but not included in the English portion of the video. Nevertheless, this is a keeper. Mam u should tell about how much quantity of sprouts contains how much nutrients both in grams please because the size of the cups may vary and will make a noticeable amount of change in quantity of sprouts.Rest of ur information is really helpful, thanks alot mam💖🙏.
