AUDIOREACTIVE PSEUDO-DATA-GRAPH DISPLACEMENT - TOUCHDESIGNER TUTORIAL

this month I am creating 4 special tutorials, where peope who have been following me could send me references they would like to see as a tutorial and I chose 4 of them to interpret with my own style and techniques.

for this one I have been asked to show how to do one of my own setups.
it adapts some of the stuff i showed in my blob track instancing tutorial and interprets them in a different way.

in this tutorial we have a look at creating some audioreactive pseudo scientific overlay which we also use to displace our input.

For anyone folllowing this tutorial and your text wasn't lining up with your points, I was able to fix it by making my resolution 1000. I'm guessing it was because of the resolution limitations in free TD. Great tutorial

Great tutorial! Tip for those wanting to get capital 'C' creative. If you use a font making tool and load the font into Windows (Mac I'm unsure how to do this), you can get really interesting visuals as the numbers scroll. Once loaded, go into your text2->font->select your newly loaded font. I made an alien glyph font face, and it was really cool to combine with this visual.

TO FIX CLUMPED TEXT ON BOTTOM FOR NON COMMERCIAL VERSION:

Change the multiply in the math for the r and g selects to 1280 by 720 (math2>mult-add>multiply=1280, math3>mult-add>multiply=720) hope this helps yall
